HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
For online orders we only accept Major Credit Cards and PayPal. For phone orders we accept Certified Checks, Major Credit Cards, and PayPal. Orders are shipped via USPS FLAT RATE boxes. Shipping rate will be determined by size of order. Tracking information will be emailed to you by USPS.
DEALERS AND COMMERCIAL RELOADERS PRICING
For large quantities please contact us at 888-506-9777 for pricing, lead time, and shipping. For 300 blackout orders over 10k cases, please plan for extra processing time. Contact information can be found under the contact link.
REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of product delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges and refunds are issued within 7 days of us receiving the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund option if product is damaged by buyer or is not from Brass Monkey Cartridge Company. Please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
